"Faded" is a 2015 electronic ballad by British-born Norwegian EDM artist Alan Walker, released on 25 November 2015. The song was highly successful, peaking in the top ten in most of the countries it charted in, and reached the summit in more than ten.

This is not yet on an offical album by alan walker, however it was on now thats what i call music 93.
This music video was filmed in Estonia, and primarily concentrated on buildings that were derelict, abandoned, or in disrepair. Most filming locations are interspersed across the video and don't appear in a continuous order.

The music video starts by Alan Walkers logo appering on the screen. It then shows you an abounded long hall way then cuts to an abounded sets of stairs with a shopping trolley left on its side. It then goes to a long shot of another aboundaed room with a man standing looking out the old window which is now just a whole in the wall. The man, who is dressed like an urban explorer, with cut gloves cut gloves and over sized top. He pulls out a foled up peice of paper from his pocket which looks like a house he has been looking for in this aboundend town.
The idenity of the man is coved up by a hood and a facew mask so you can only see his eyes and eyebrows. The man then puts the perice of paper back in his pocket as if he was searching for the place on the photo. He then grabs his back from the floor which is covered in rubel as the place has not been inherited for year and also places his laptop in his bag.
It then cuts to the man walking though the building and jumps down a set of stairs with a hole in threm. He then peers his head out of what looks like an old door way. It then shows him walking through the town and building looking all around almost as if he was looking for other people or a sign of were the house could be.
It then cuts to a low angled shot of him standing at the end of a building looking out into the distanced. It then shows the man however he has more urgency about him now as he is running down the stairs which have spray paint all down the walls with paint peeling away from the walls which shows no one has lived there or even been there for a long time.
It then cuts to another low angled shot of the man standing high up whilst the song lyrics are "so lost im faded" which is then followed by him looking around the town this means that he inst the same now his home town isnt there no more and the memories have faded along with the man.
It then goes to a tracking shot of the man who still has high urgency to find the house. The man is looking frantically each way at the empty buildings that are towering up above him. He then holds a tree back and looks into a building. He then reaches into his back and pulls out a flare. whilst this is happening the lyrics are "where are you now" this shows he could be looking for a friend or a family member or just the place in the picture.
As the lyrics to the song are playing which are "where are you know" there is a long shot of the man turing around franticly almost as if he thought there was someone behind him. The man then puts his hands on his head from exhaustion and despair. It then cuts to the man inside another abandoned building still searching and looking in every room almost as if he is trying to find anything or anyone. It then cuts to face paced cuts of different shots of the man around the town. Then it stops and there is a tracking shot of the man is running across the field.
There is then an establishing shot of a lake and more abandonaed buildings. The man who's identity still remains a secret, throws a stone up in the air towards the lake. It then cuts to a close up of him climbing up a ladder. It then cuts to the man back in the town of him sitting down looking dejected as he has spent the day searching for the house on the picture and not found it yet. It then cuts to an over the shoulder shot of the picture of the house and he has stopped running and the house in the photo which is also old and abandoned but was not in the photo comes into focus.
